Cores must be washed off with engine degreaser, core must be very clean and dry. 3. Cores cannot be ground / chipped / cracked / or damaged in any way. 4. Cores must arrive back at Concept-1 within 20 days of purchase date. 5. Shipping must be prepaid, please choose a shipping service that will guarantee to deliver your core on time. If any of the above conditions are not met, your core will be discarded and no refund will be issued. Core refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
