Sliding Door Hinge T2 68-79

This is the right sliding door hinge, complete, that goes in the center of the door that makes your door slide and close, this hinge is complete with spring, roller wheel and nylon bushing mounted on it already. Bus 68-79. ( 281843336A ). We've heard sometimes you need to grind the top of the U shaped bar down flatter for clearance, though we haven't experienced that here.
